Roles and Responsibilities
* Make calls to Customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with product/services.
* Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying feedback information and diffusing upset customers.
* Document all pertinent end user identification.
* Information update in CRM.
* Build rapport and elicit problem details from Customers.
* Identify and escalate priority issues.

* Must have good communication skills and an active listener.
* Qualification minimum 12th.
* Fresher and experienced both can apply for this job.
* Salary- (13k to 25k) + Incentives
