· Taking admissions, handling escalations, parent enquiries and attritions.

· The person is responsible for demonstrating high standard of performance at the Centre at all times

· Ensuring safety and wellbeing of children at the centre and adult child ratio is maintained all the time

· Provide knowledge and instruction to children while also helping them develop their hobbies, personalities and skills

· Assess and record children progress and provide feedback

· Observe and understand child behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc to the Centre Head

· Preparing and implementing a full engagement plan according to the Ipsaa curriculum

· Responsible for vibrancy and liveliness at the centre

· Managing parent expectation within the rules

· Managing Centre support staff, recruitment, retention, output and discipline.
