Job Description :-
 Heading Delhi Operations with Three Depot Heads directly reporting; managing team of 14 on-roll and 4 off-roll
employees in the Sales & Administration functions as well as recruiting Sales & Administration Team Members.
 Responsible for sales & marketing efforts in the defined territories which will include achieving sale and
collection target, monitoring the performance of channel partners, credit control.
 Organize brand promotion, market development and demand generation activities, so that our brand image will
developed.
 Identify weak markets in the area and taking corrective actions within time frame so that our market share will
improve.
 Train and develop the necessary skills to direct reportees, assign task, delegate responsibilities, closely monitor
the working and provide feedback and support.
 Regular interaction with stockiest and retailers for analysis of market performance, timely product supply.
 Regular meeting and keeping constant touch with Architect, builders, contractors and other influencers for brand
equity.
 Keeping close eye’s on competitor’s activities and market share.
 KRA to improve sale of White Cement, Wall Putty, Primax, POP and Water Proof Putty.
