Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless navigation and user experience.
- Handle orders from High Net worth Individual (HNI) clients with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored to the luxury home & decor industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and trends, driving targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on CRM performance to management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
